DIY: Green Smoothie

I am a big breakfast person. I love it all all: pancakes, waffles, cereal, eggs…etc However, I am beginning to get tired of my usual breakfast foods. A quick internet search yielded a wide selection of options, including smoothies. So I decided to give one a whirl.

Whit’s green smoothie (modified from several recipes)
1/2 cup frozen strawberries and mango
2/3 cup coconut water
1 small banana
1 cup kale


Put all items in a wide cup and blend using a hand mixer or blend in a blender.


Enjoy your smoothie!
